Do I have a right to break my lease without messing up my credit due to the apartment management?

I am currently a tentant at some apartments. The apartments have ants, that the manger is aware of. They act as if it's normal, i throw away food, wash clothes repeatedly,and throw away other things. They have pest control thats doesn't come as we are told and the product actually makes it worst. They do not have any concern and say to continue to pay rent. They want to move me to another apartment and they will remeburst me for moving fees but will i get back all of what i had paid to move. There is much more but i really want to know if i have a right to break my lease and not have it affect me badly, because i do nothing to cause problems or reason for eviction because they are not doing their job. And the reason for me staying, i gave them the benifit of the doubt that they would take care of the problem but they have not. Oh yea and i also have video footage and pictures of these ants for evidence. What am i to do?

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and unappealable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Provider may at any time seek injunctions or other forms of equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. 9. Miscellaneous. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Provider's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive Provider's right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The failure of Provider to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The section headings and subheadings contained in this Agreement are included for convenience only, and shall not limit or otherwise affect the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California as if made in California by two residents of that state. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Provider and you with respect to the subject matter hereo.
