My son was 18 and had concential sex with a 15 year old and served 5 yrs in prison in alabama he has done his time and now has to register as asex offender where ever he lives this girl was his girlfriend and they lived togather with grandmother the girl was taking away from gm by children and family services is there any way to fix my sons record as a sex offender and how much would it cost

There has got to be something done in this sex offender laws with young children and 18 you are still considered a minor under the age to drink but man enough to be charged as an adult an sent away for 5 yrs for having concential sex with your girlfriend is there anybody who can help?

The section headings and subheadings contained in this Agreement are included for convenience only, and shall not limit or otherwise affect the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California as if made in California by two residents of that state.
